ABOUT LOYALTY REWARDS
If you have been a member for a specific amount of months in a row, or bought old bundles to complete a sequence, you will receive rewards on the first day of the month directly on the platform.
Remember that these are intended as a reward for subscribers, and that we always count backwards from the subscription month. That means that if you have just subscribed this month, and want the 3 month Loyalty Reward, you would need to get the 2 previous bundles of the appropriate subscription, or stay subscribed for another 2 months.
As of today, we offer 2 different subscriptions (Fantasy and Sci-Fi), and each one has its own reward system.
